DC THOMSON'S INAUGURAL CHARITY BIKE RIDE

We are delighted to announce the launch of AberDee 100 - a company charity cycle from one of our home cities to another.

The event will see us cycle across 100 miles of beautiful Scottish scenery, off the main roads where possible, from our Aberdeen office at Lang Stracht to the Kingsway office in Dundee.

The event will take place on Sunday 28th August and we are raising money for the ARCHIE Foundation.

There are a number of different ways to take part in our 100 mile cycle challenge:

  • 100 mile solo challenge
  • 100 mile 2 person team challenge (50 mile leg each)
  • 100 mile 4 person team challenge (25 miles each)
To make up your teams please feel free to invite a friend who is not necessarily an AJL or DC Thomson employee.

We will supply full details of feeding stations etc to those participating nearer the event, along with details of transport that will deliver you and your bikes back to Aberdeen from the finish in Dundee.

Training tips and advice will also be circulated.
